Terms and Conditions
	To be an authorized affiliate of The Cleaning Site Limited, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement. Please read this agreement carefully before registering. By signing up for The Cleaning Site Limited affiliate program, you indicate your acceptance of this agreement and its terms and conditions. THIS IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND THE CLEANING SITE LIMITED. BY SUBMITTING THE ONLINE APPLICATION YOU ARE AGREEING THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT AND THAT YOU AGREE TO BE LEGALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR EACH AND EVERY TERM AND CONDITION. 1. Participation in program. Any individual or corporate person ("Affiliate") can take part in The Cleaning Site Affiliate Program. Every Affiliate is required to agree to the following Terms and Conditions AS IS. 2. Enrollment into the Program. To enroll, Affiliates must complete and submit the online application. Affiliates are required to provide correct and true data in this and all other forms and applications used in the Program. 3. Placing of advertisement and affiliation code. Affiliates are engaged to place corresponding HTML affiliation code only on his/her own sites or in other places where it's not forbidden (e.g. you can place the code in your signature at a forum if forum rules don't prevent this). It's strictly prohibited to use unauthorized posting (SPAM) to e-mails, forums, guest books etc. Affiliation code CANNOT be placed on sites which: Promote, contain or link to sexually explicit materials. Promote violence. Promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age. Promote illegal activities. Violate intellectual property rights or violate laws of United States or European Union. Contain any libelous, defamatory or disparaging materials. Where an Affiliate is determined by The Cleaning Site Limited to have violated these terms and conditions his/her earnings can be decreased or entirely frozen depending on the weight of violations. 7. Using trademarks. After registration Affiliates gains nonexclusive, nontransferable, returnable right to use logotypes, trademarks, graphical and textual material given by Program but only according to these terms. Given materials cannot be used for advertising sites not participating in Program. Affiliates cannot modify given materials in such a way to harm Program's reputation. 8. Modification of present Terms and Conditions. The Cleaning Site limited, at its sole discretion, may change present rules, policies, operating procedures, services offered, pricing and referral fees at any time without prior notice. In case of modifications to Agreement all Affiliates will be notified by e-mail. 9. Terms and termination. The terms of this Agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your Affiliate registration and will end when terminated by either party. The Cleaning Site Limited or its Affiliates may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause. 10. Responsibilities The Cleaning Site Limited will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages (or any loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising in connection with the execution, operation or performance of this Agreement or the operation of the Program, regardless of whether we were informed or had direct or imputed knowledge of the possibility of such damages or loss in advance. 11. Relationship of Parties You agree that you are an independent contractor, and nothing in this Agreement will create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between you and The Cleaning Site Limited. You will have no authority to make or accept any offers or representations on our behalf. You will not make any statement, whether on Your Site or any other of Your Sites or otherwise, that reasonably would contradict anything in this Section. 12. Privacy policy. During registration Affiliates give us some personal information. This information will not be disclosed to any unauthorized person.
